Torrent Analytics sells access to BitTorrent network data through paid subscriptions. This data includes information such as IP addresses, ports, geolocation, torrent names, and torrent client details, delivered through our website or by email. A subset of this data is also available publicly on our website, free of charge.

2. Your Subscription

The price, scope, and duration of your subscription are negotiated and agreed upon individually between you and us. The minimum subscription term is one month.

Your subscription begins on the agreed-upon start date, but only once we have received your full payment. You will have access to the data for the entire length of your paid subscription period. Each renewal requires a separate agreement between us.

You may continue to ask questions about data you received during an active subscription, even after that subscription has ended.

We also offer custom data analysis and support throughout your subscription on a best-effort basis. We aim to be genuinely helpful, but we cannot guarantee specific results or a set amount of time spent on any individual request.

3. Payments

All subscription payments must be made by bank transfer. We will provide the necessary bank details once your subscription is agreed upon. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank.

4. How You Can Use Our Data

Once you have received data from us under a paid subscription, you are free to use it for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use that data and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided as a general rule. Any exception is granted solely at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

You may not use the website or any data obtained from it for any commercial purpose. If you need to use our data commercially, you will need a separate written agreement with us, such as a paid subscription or API license.

This includes a specific restriction on automated extraction: you agree not to use any automated systems or software to extract data from our website for commercial purposes (commonly known as "scraping") unless you have our prior written permission. This restriction does not apply to authorized API access, legitimate search engines, or other automated systems that comply with the rules in our robots.txt file.

Nothing in this section limits the rights already granted to paid subscribers under Sections 4 and 7 above.
